Crook & Associates has been in business for over 20 years and has 30 calling stations. We are a growing company, but never plan to lose the benefits offered by being small.
Our callers are so superior to typical telemarketers that we don’t call our calling service telemarketing, we call it TeleIntelligence.
All members of our TeleIntelligence staff work out of our location. This is done so that we can constantly monitor the quality of conversations taking place on behalf of our clients. We also discuss the progress of each client with our staff on a regular basis.
